Robert is a founding partner of Essentia Legal PC. Robert began his legal career as a transactional attorney with Skadden Arps in Chicago. After relocating to Atlanta, he spent several years as an associate with King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta. Latif is a founding partner of Essentia Legal PC. Latif has worked for several years as an associate with Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta. Latif graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2000. Latif is a member in good standing of the New York and Georgia bars. Latif is also a member in good standing of the Northern District of Georgia, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of Michigan and has handled several matters in these courts.
